RBI Leader Futures Bet to Make Now

Maybe our favorite bet of the 2022 season. We have a play on RBI leader that we love.

Freddy Freeman followed up his 2020 MVP season by leading the Braves to a World Series Championship. He hit .300 with an OPS of .896 and had 31 home runs while scoring a league leading 120 runs. He was surrounded with a lot of talent in Atlanta with the likes of Ronald Acuna Jr and Ozzie Albies, but his new set up in LA might be even better. Freeman will join a stacked Dodgers lineup that features Trea Turner, Mookie Betts and Justin Turner, amongst others. The star first baseman is in line for a great season and projections have him with around a .290+ batting average with 30+ home runs, alongside 200+ RBI+R.

We're hoping the RBI numbers really pop with him potentially hitting 3rd or 4th in this Dodgers lineup. In 2019 he was 3rd in the MLB in RBI with 121, we don't see why he can't duplicate that and maybe even add a few more to that if he can stay healthy. This is one of our favorite bets that we've made so far and think that at 25/1 this is great value on a perennial MVP candidate who joins a stacked lineup that is going to put up runs in bunches. We would even recommend it anywhere down to 20/1.
