Morikawa is listed at 33/1 on Bovada which is going to be great value if he holds on for the Open this weekend. This is a player that is in his prime and can be the best golfer in the world on any given day.

He has now played Augusta, for the Masters, twice finishing T44 and then T18 last year. He has shown the ability to win Major championships and his strokes gained approach numbers are by far the best on tour. You don't need a lot of distance to be successful at Augusta which plays into Morikawa's hands, he also plays par 5's really well with his ability to hit his fairway woods with such accuracy. He should continue improve his putting with practice and experience as well which is scary to think about.
